New things can always bring about anxiety and uncertainty, especially when these new experiences require investing money. I have taken the time to compile a spot for all questions so that you may have a clear idea of expectations for your session. FAQ

Can I purchase more images?

Yes! You may purchase additional images for $4.00/ image. I do offer bulk discounts as well. If you purchase an additional (10) images, you'll receive 10% off and any additional images will be $3.60/ image. If you choose to purchase your entire gallery, you will receive 25% off.

I edit ALL viable images and deliver them WITH watermarks. At that point, you get to make your selections. The package you purchased (refer to contract) grants you a set limit of images. I will remove the watermark from your selected images. If you selected more images that your package allotted for, I will email over an invoice for your remaining total. Once paid, I will remove the watermark from the additional images you selected.

Can I have my gallery reuploaded?

Yes! I know life happens and that unforeseen circumstances can arise. At any point in the future if you find yourself needing to redownload your images, just email me! clusterclickphotography@gmail.com

I will upload your images ONCE for free. You will have access to your gallery for (5) days. If at any point after your free upload you need to have your gallery uploaded again, I will charge a $50.00 reupload fee per occurrence.

I'm uneasy about meeting a new person at a new location...

In today's world, it is good to have anxiety about new people and places because you never know someone's intentions. I get that completely. I, myself, make sure that my location is always shared with family and try to bring my husband along to sessions when available.

To ease your uncertainty, I am always happy to hop on a video call or meet up for coffee! We can discuss your upcoming session and you can get familiar with me!

I make it a point to give all of my clients my personal cell phone number, as well as try to be very thorough with directions and locations. At any point during this journey together if you feel anxious or uneasy, please reach out and I would be more than happy to make any arrangements to help ease the discomfort!

When & how will I receive my images?

Your gallery will be delivered within 4 weeks after the date of your session. I will create an online password-protected gallery to upload your images to. I will email you the link to this gallery. Your gallery is able to be viewed/ downloaded for one month after it has been uploaded. You will be responsible for ensuring all of your images have been downloaded before the expiration date. You are more than welcome to share the link with whomever you please. They also are more than welcome to freely download your images.

What happens if it rains on my session?

As much as I wish I could, I don't have power over the weather. With that being said, there is always the chance that weather could prevent your session from occurring on the scheduled day or time.

I keep my eye on the weather constantly. If you welcome a light rain shower, I am able to shoot in mild rainy conditions and we can carry on as planned. However, I understand that the majority will not want to have their images taken in a rain shower and I completely understand & don't expect you to want that!

I do try to wait until the very last second before I call off a session because more often than not, the clouds miraculously part just in time for the session. However, if the session must be cancelled, I make sure that my clients feel in control and have several options lined up.

Rescheduling is the best option. Since you must pay a 25% non-refundable initial payment to book, getting my rescheduled clients on my schedule is top priority. I try to maintain flexible hours so that the wait period is not long because I understand it can be challenging to get everyone/ everything lined up for a session. If rescheduling is not an option, I will give my clients some indoor options to carry on with their images on the same scheduled day/ time. Due to this, I do offer my clients a 10% discount off of their remaining balance due to the possibility that the images will not be as originally guaranteed. If neither of those options work well, the client and I can discuss further what would benefit everyone moving forward.

Do you offer retouching on images?

All of my images include basic retouching free of charge. Basic retouching includes the following: teeth whitening, removing blemishes, skin smoothing, reducing frizz & fly away hairs, removing stains/etc from clothing, and correcting anything else that may not accurately depict real life. (glasses glare/ leaves in hair/ etc)

I do not offer any upgrades in the retouching department and I do not altar reality. I will not do nay types of retouches that make a change to reality. (I won't remove double-chins or make you taller/ etc)

It is okay, however, to have insecurities about yourself. I have things about myself that I wouldn't like to see in a picture (like my arms). With that in mind, I send over a Style Guide which will help you dress in a way that should give body confidence. Also, please let me know if there are any severe insecurities and I can implement certain posing techniques and camera angles to give you more options that may appear flattering in your eyes. (Ex.: Since I am insecure with my arms, I would not try wearing a tank top or strapless shirt. While posing, I would do things that prevented me from pressing my arm flat against my body and would work on angling my camera to ensure I was highlighting my arms.)
