FAQ
When will we get our pictures back?
Within 4 weeks after your session, I will email you a link to view and download your images. Please remember, your images will only be available for 30 days after I send them to you, so it is imperative that you download them immediately.
What safety measures do you take when handling a newborn?
As a mother myself, I understand all the fears that come with being a parent. Please know that you and your Childs safety is my TOP priority.
For starters, I will not do a session if I have any symptoms of illness. Before I even begin the session, I wash my hands. All props and clothing/ swaddles are disinfected and washed before and after every session. I wear a face mask the entire session, regardless of my health status. I want the parents to be involved and be the ones dressing/ holding/ handling the baby. I may tweak the position of the baby, but I limit the amount I touch/ move/ hold the baby. I am more than happy to take any extra safeguard to give you peace of mind and to ensure you and your baby stay as safe as possible.
Does is cost extra to use your swaddles or outfits?
It does not cost any extra to use my outfits or swaddles. Unfortunately, I do have a very limited inventory at the moment, but I am working on building up my inventory day by day, so more options will be made available as they arrive. If you have a specific swaddle color or outfit idea that you are interested in and do not see posted, please email me and we can discuss purchasing arrangements.
How can I have the best session?
Babies can be unpredictable, but as a rule of thumb a full belly and a sleepy baby make for the smoothest sessions.
Plan a session around meal time or/ nap time. Sessions work best if your baby can have a meal right before the session and be ready for a nap. I keep my schedule very flexible for newborn sessions and can happily work with you.
